This page will show a variety of other videos I have made

Here are a groups of videos where I show the disassembly of a variety of engines.  Most of these were made on used engines purchased from either eBay, RCGroups, or RCUniverse.  I did not know the condition of most of these and part of the fun is the detective work.  I try to surmise how much run time the engine has and assess the condition of the internal components.  Many I have cleaned up and sold again.

OS FS-90 4 stroke

This engine hit the market in 1983.  It features a rear rocker design much like the current line of Enya 4 stroke engines have. OS changed to the front rocker style now commonly seen on the Surpass series of OS engines as well as ASP, Magnum and other OS clones.  I have had a total of 7 of these engines, but have yet to put one in an airplane.  The one I still have will find a home in a SIG Astro Hog Bipe.  Enjoy these videos.   I have attached the manual for this engine to the right.

Saito FA-45S 4 stroke

This is an engine I purchased from eBay as a rebuild/restore.  It had been out of commission for several years and was just put onto a display stand.  It had not even been cleaned up prior to display.  it looked to be pretty rough and needed some TLC, which I was more than happy to provide.  I did a complete tear down and rebuild of this engine and here are the videos showing the process.  I did end up selling this engine to a great RCGroups member.

Enya 60-4C 4 stroke

Here is yet another nice engine I purchased from eBay as a clean up and refurbish story.  This engine was quite dirty on the outside and it was missing a carburetor.  I purchased a brand new carb for the engine, but as you will see this cleaned up very well.  It turned out to be a very low time engine and another excellent runner.  I also sold this engine.  A decision I somewhat regret at this point....
